B67327353 amb domicili fiscal al Carrer Arqu\u00edmedes N: 179 local a, constitu\u00efda per temps indefinit en data 24 de Novembre de 2018, davant l&#8217;Il\u00b7lustre Notari de Catalunya Don Luis Gasch Cabot, sota el n\u00famero 3468 del seu protocol, amb nom comercial FINSOLUCI\u00d3 SERVEIS HIPOTEC i p\u00e0gina web: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.finsolucion.com\/\" target=\"!blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.finsolucion.com\/<\/a>, d&#8217;ara endavant EL INTERMEDIARI.[\/vc_wp_text][vc_wp_text]S&#8217;informa que L&#8217;INTERMEDIARI no est\u00e0 vinculat a un o m\u00e9s prestadors. S\u00b4informa que L\u00b4INTERMEDIARI no ofereix serveis d\u00b4assessorament.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop un o diversos prestadors immobiliaris manifestin la seva conformitat respecte de la concessi\u00f3 del pr\u00e9stec i EL\/ELS CLIENTS es decideixi per una o diverses de les ofertes aprovades, es meritaran uns honoraris que ascendiran a_____________ \u20ac Els honoraris seran abonats a L&#8217;INTERMEDIARI en el moment de la signatura pel mitj\u00e0 de pagament que L&#8217;INTERMEDIARI indiqui.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;INTERMEDIARI informa que disposa dels mecanismes interns oportuns per solucionar totes aquelles reclamacions i queixes del client que poguessin sorgir durant o posteriorment a la relaci\u00f3 contractual.<br \/>\nAquestes reclamacions podran adre\u00e7ar-se a Sra. ESPERANZA GUERRERO GONZALEZ, responsable d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 a l&#8217;email: <a href=\"mailto:info@finsolucion.com\">info@finsolucion.com<\/a>. Aquestes reclamacions seran resoltes en el termini m\u00e0xim de dos mesos de manera motivada i en suport durador.<\/p>\n<p>En cas que el prestador o un tercer abonessin comissions a L&#8217;INTEMEDIARI pels seus serveis en relaci\u00f3 amb el contracte de pr\u00e9stec, l&#8217;import ser\u00e0 revelat posteriorment a la fitxa d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 personalitzada.<\/p>\n<p>La possible remuneraci\u00f3 que L&#8217;INTERMEDIARI rebi addicionalment del prestador o d&#8217;un tercer no es reduir\u00e0 dels horaris pactats.<\/p>\n<p>I conformes les parts amb all\u00f2 exposat, signen el present document a la localitat i data a dalt indicada, en dos exemplars originals.[\/vc_wp_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row wrap_container=&#8221;yes&#8221;
